EULA - CrimsonTools Trial Environment
By accessing this environment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Purpose: This environment is provided solely for evaluating the proprietary software CrimsonTools, developed and owned by CrimsonOps.
- Authorized Users: Access is strictly limited to individuals pre-approved by CrimsonOps. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
- Usage Restrictions: You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of CrimsonTools.
- Redistribute, copy, or modify the software or environment.
- Install additional software on the provided virtual machines (Kali and Windows 11).
- Access the internet outside of the permitted domains or APIs required for CrimsonTools functionality.
- Test Duration: Access is limited to the pre-defined period (generally 7 days). Multiple users from the same team may access the environment only if explicitly authorized.
- Environment Isolation: The lab is isolated; data and sessions may be deleted at the end of the test period. CrimsonOps is not liable for any loss of data within this isolated environment.
- Termination: CrimsonOps may terminate access immediately if the EULA is violated or at the end of the test period.
- Governing Law: This EULA is governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
